Tradition Delivered to Your Home

All food is made fresh to order, therefore please order a few days in advance to give me time to get fresh ingredients, turn on the stove, and prepare the best food for your enjoyment.

Every component in every dish is handmade: the pastas, the sauces, the pastries, the custards, the jams, the shortcrust, the ladyfingers, the flatbread, you name it!

One day I will have a homestead again and I will be able to say I cooked with my homegrown veggies and fruit, and home raised cattle and poultry.

Allergens and Contamination

Being highly lactose intolerant, I cook with lactose-free products.

However, some ingredients, such as Parmesan, Fontina, Emmental, and other cheeses, may sometimes contain lactose. Please always check the allergen list for each dish and don't hesitate to ask for information.

I take allergies and intolerances very seriously: health is not something to joke about.

Furthermore, while I keep ingredients well-sealed and separated, and maintain a clean kitchen at all times, paying particular attention to food safety during cooking (thank you, Chef Barbieri!), I ask you to be aware that my kitchen cannot guarantee contamination-free cooking. Please ask if you have any questions.

Ordering and Delivery

For orders, please choose a delivery day 4 days from receipt. Pick-up can be arranged by request.

Example: You'd like to have freshly baked lasagna delivered to your family on Friday evening. You need to make sure to order it by Monday evening.
